Listings are submitted for moderation and may be approved, rejected, hidden or removed. Owners are responsible for accurate descriptions, permissions for uploaded media, insurance information where relevant, and legal compliance for specialist items.

Props Garage operates as a classifieds-style for-hire catalogue. Public listing pages do not reveal owner contact details except where direct contact is explicitly allowed, such as an approved community event listing that has selected public contact details.
